Story of my life lesson
Inspirational motivation is when a leader exudes and communicate excellence and takes the time to honestly and with integrity focus on the value of self, other person and task at hand.

I have a very fulfilling feeling about what I have been able to accomplish in my life so far. I want the absolute best my life and those close to me. My life is a mixture of moments, some happy and some not so much but regardless of these moments have made the person that I am today and I don’t regret anything that happened. I consider myself a strong and very determined person, I have dreams to fill the world and I am willing to do the necessary efforts to attain those dreams. My motivation I inherited from my family, mor specifically my late grandfather (Francis Oloo). The time to breathe before advancing further in my future projects, the difficult moments instead of discouraging me of. These moments gave me motivation and necessary energy to move forward. I am optimist but realistic. My parents taught me that we live in the world that is constantly changing and to succeed we need a smart plan and the ability to adapt the adjust to the changing world and to resist difficulties the way they come.”An ongoing work of art” would probably be one of the best way to describe my life. From very early on in life I have learned that I can be the artist of my own life through guidance and hard-working. I learned that we are the architecture of our life, the artist of our destiny through work commitment and determination. Every route taken or not taken will somehow impact out existence and leave a trial like shooting stars in the night sky, the beauty of trail depends entirely on nature of our actions in life. This is the first time in my existence I have had the opportunity to write the story of my life in details.

It was Sunday evening around 7:30pm. That happiness and joy filled the heart of my parents. I was born on June 06,1999 at Busia District Hospital in Busia Kenya. My parents had 6 children and among them I was the second. It started of as one boy child then I came along as the second child then another boy followed by a girl as the only girl child in Otieno’s family whom was followed by a boy and lastly a boy child.(Kevin Ochieng’ Otieno, Collins Odhiambo Otieno, Steven Owino Otieno, Raechiel Atieno Otieno, Felix Onyango Otieno and lastly Franklin Starlon Otieno. This brought a total of six children in the family. The Six have gone through alot to get where they are today. They have been really strong with each other in all the challenges that came there ways. My mother (Elizabeth Otieno) is a tailor, she is very good at making our clothes and my passion for fashion probably came from her. My father is a driver and he is passionate about his job and kid family is the center of his universe. I cannot forget to mention my grandmother (Mary Samwa Oloo). I was lucky enough to have ever met her. I had spent my life time with her and like the rest of years I get to be with her.
